Small print

• Valid Nov - Dec: Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Tue 20 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 6 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Valid Jan - Mar: Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 
• Excludes 7 - 12 and 14 Feb 2023.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• General: You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 21 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am. 
• Hot tub options: Juniper pod available.
• Sauna options: Holly pod available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Pods sleep up to 4 people but is best suited for two adults and two children or 3 adults max.
• Children permitted and included in headcount. 
• No pets permitted. 
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
