• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2022, 7 days at 11:30am, 2pm or 4:40pm; subject to availability.
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30 mins.
• Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change. Please note any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
• Family tickets: Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Children are classed as up to 17 years.
• Please note there is a toilet on board.
• Meeting point: Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, EH1 3BH.

• Wheelchair access available; it is recommended wheelchair users arrive 20 minutes before the tour departs to board comfortably. Please note there are no disabled facilities.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• Advance booking required.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
