• One voucher can purchased and redeemed per member; multiple purchases not permitted
• Valid for 18yrs+
• Results may vary between individuals.
• Treatment is not suitable for the following people:
• New, lactating and expectant mothers.
  People with some serious medical condition including (but not restricted to) epilepsy, heart disease or oral cancer.
  People with gum disease.
  People whose teeth have many fillings, cavities, chips, etcetera.
  Those that have had recent dental procedures and those wearing braces (until at least 28 days after the conclusion of their treatment).

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
