• Voucher is valid from Sat 6 Feb 2021 until Sat 1 May 2021, Mon - Thur 4pm - 9.30pm, Sat 4pm - 10pm, Sun 4pm - 8.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Excludes Fridays.
• Once order has been placed with The Chippy by Spencer, the voucher is deemed to have been used and cannot be cancelled.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Suppers and sides for two from a set menu; subject to change.
• Excludes The Chippy Mixed Fish Supper.
• A supplementary charge of £3 is required per person for Whitby scampi supper and king prawn supper; payable directly to restaurant. 
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 1: Includes a 330ml can of Coke, Diet Coke, Irn Bru or Diet Irn Bru each.
• Option 2: Includes a 750ml bottle of Prosecco to share; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Please note you must phone ahead of collection to ensure there is Prosecco in stuck.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
