Small print

• Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Apr 2021 until Thur 30 Sept 2021, Sun - Thur 1pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sat.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 16 Sept 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.  
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 5 vouchers per group.
• Picnic basket only; menu subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat and dairy free options available. Please advise The Glasshouse at time of booking.
• Includes one Glasshouse cocktail each on arrival and an additional cocktail each from the Roof Top bar.  Alcohol can be replaced with a Glasshouse mocktail on arrival plus unlimited soft drinks.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted; must be accompanied by an adult.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
