Lovely afternoon tea

We received a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived and a table was ready and waiting for us in the sunny conservatory. There was a great selection of teas and food. We couldn't finish everything and were given a box to take the remainder home to enjoy later. An all round enjoyable experience.

From start to finish our experience was 1st class.
The Old Aberlady Inn is very homely and is just lovely. We had afternoon tea in the conservatory at the rear of the building, looking out onto a well kept beer garden.
The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and the food was fresh and varied. The quantity was huge, and the staff were happy for us to take the remainder of our cakes home.
I would definitely recommend The Old Aberlady Inn and I have already bought a voucher for dinner, so look forward to our return.
