• Children permitted; under 2's (including cots) stay free of charge. Aged 2-14 years old are an additional £25 for B&B per child. Max of 2 children. Please discuss with The Railway Hotel.

• Sorry, multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays however stays may be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with The Railway Hotel at time of booking. 
• Vegetarian, gluten & wheat free alternatives are available. Please advise The Railway Hotel at time of booking. 
• 175ml glass of wine can be substituted for a soft drink.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
