Small print

• Voucher is valid from 7th Jan 2014 until 25th April 2014, Tues 12noon-8pm, Wed 10am-8pm, Thur 10am-8pm, Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 9am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Members with voucher for one facial must book at least 48 hours in advance and all bookings must be made by 2nd April 2014.
• Members with a Dermalogica course voucher must book their first treatment by 24th Jan and all treatments must be booked by 2nd April 2014.
• Multiple voucher purchases are permitted.
• You must be at least 18 years old to be suitable for treatment.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with The Skin Spa. Products for sensitive skin may be available for treatment.
• Deal applies to stated treatment only. Treatment time lasts 60 minutes per treatment. New clients will receive an additional 10 minute skin consultation prior to treatment and must arrive 10 mins early.
• Group bookings are not permitted.
• Advanced booking required. All bookings must be made by email, telephone bookings will not be accepted. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Your voucher will be forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. 48 hours notice is required to change appointments.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
