- Reservations available from Monday 24th November, and must be made by 31st Jan or you risk forfeiting your voucher.

- Max of 3 children permitted (up to 12 yrs old) in an Executive Double - £5 per child per night B&B, £15 per child per night DBB.
- Children are allowed in the hotel restaurant until 10pm.
- Children are permitted to use the leisure facilities (not the gym or Jacuzzi), under 16 must accompanied by an adult (pool opening hours for under 16's: 7am-7.30pm Mon-Thurs, Fri-Sun no restrictions). Last entry to the Otium Health Club is one hour before closing.
- Max of 4 vouchers can be purchased per member. Can be used for consecutive nights stay.
- No pets permitted.
- Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 2pm on day of arrival.
