Small print

• Voucher is valid from 19 May 2022 until Thu 29 Dec 2022; subject to availability.
• Tours are valid: every Thu 6pm - 8pm and the 1st Saturday of every month.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 15 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. Note Challenge 25 policy in operation, so please be prepared to show ID.
• Duration approx. 1hr 15 mins.
• Max of 18 people per group.
• Please wear warm clothing, the Stillhouse is very cold.
• Includes a glass of Oloroso Sherry, a Gin & Tonic and 2 signature cocktails per person.
• Wheelchair access available; please note toilet can accommodate a wheelchair but has no handrails.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
