• Voucher is valid until 27 Feb 2016, Tues - Sat; subject to availability.
• Valid Tues 9am - 8pm, Wed 9.30am - 8pm, Thurs 9.30am - 7pm, Fri 9.30am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 4pm.
• Excludes 14 Dec - 3 Jan 2016.
• Voucher must be booked by 13 Feb 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.  Group bookings permitted on certain days of the week, max of 2 midweek, 3 Saturday.  Please discuss with U Beauty at time of booking.
• Duration: purchase option one 30 mins, purchase option two 45 mins.
• Over 16's only.
• Treatment is not suitable for those in their first trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding as a precaution.
• Treatment is not suitable for those suffering from cancer or in remission.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
