Usquabae
- Usquabae is an atmospheric subterranean venue in the bustling West End of Edinburgh
- After opening in 2015 as Usquabae Whisky Bar and Larder they quickly established a reputation as one of the leading Scotch whisky bars
- They became a destination venue catering to locals and visitors from both near and afar who have a love of all things whisky, and a hankering for superb Scottish produce
- Inspired by Robert Burns' poem, "Tam O' Shanter". Scotch whisky, and all it entails, lies at the heart of Usquabae!
- The name is Scots for whisky and derived from the Gaelic Usige Beatha meaning 'water of life'
