• Voucher is valid until Tue 14 Nov 2017, Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and Sunday.
• Advanced booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Oct 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You will forfeit your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18’s only.

• Groups cannot be booked and receive assessment at the same time.
• Suitable for men and women.
• Assessment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and not suitable for those suffering from cancer nor those in remission. 
• Duration: approx. 20 mins including ultrasound.
• Consultation is with a vascular surgeon, assessment of varicose veins using an ultrasound if required, advice and information on surgery will be given to the patient.
• Consultation is to discuss and assess treatment for varicose veins. Surgery options and costs will be discussed during the consultation appropriate to patient’s needs. May be medical reasons meaning surgery is not suitable. There is no obligation to commit to surgery.
• Consultation includes assessment of one or two legs. There will be no refund if assessment reveals that varicose veins are not present.
• Assessment cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
