Small print

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays, 18 Dec 2020 - 4 Jan 2021.

Kayaking or canoeing: Valid Sun - Fri 11.30am. Suitable for ages 6+. Duration approx. 1.5 hours. Max of 8 people per session (minimum of 2 people required). Participants should bring a full change of clothes, shoes that can get wet and a towel. Wet suits are provided.

Bike hire: Bikes are available to collect between 9am - 12noon Sun - Fri. Suitable for ages 6+. Duration approx. 6 hours. Breathable, loose fitting clothing, layers and a light showerproof jacket are recommended. Helmets will be provided. Limited number of child bikes available. Additional child seats are not available. 1 form of ID either a driving licence or passport must be provided upon collection.

Stand up paddle boarding: Valid Sun - Fri 9.30am or 2pm only. Suitable for ages 8+. Duration approx. 1.5 hours. Max of 8 people per session (minimum of 2 people required). Participants should bring a full change of clothes, shoes that can get wet and a towel. Wet suits are provided.

Bush craft experience: Valid Sun - Fri 9am - 3pm. Suitable for ages 6+. Duration approx. 2 hours. Max of 4 people per session. Participants should wear clothes they don't mind getting smoky.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or over. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Apr 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you amend within 48 hours of your booking. Please note voucher cannot be cancelled once booked.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

A basic level of fitness is required.

Unfortunately anyone who is pregnant is unable to take part in these activities. Any participant with health concerns should contact Willowgate Directly prior to purchase.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
