• Scotch broth with roasted vegetables and barley in rich vegetable stock with shredded kale and crispy carrots
• Chicken and black pudding terrine served with oatcakes and spicy onion chutney

• Chicken balmoral with chicken breast, streaky bacon, haggis blend, pomme aligot, greens and red ale and whisky sauce
• Haggis fritter, pickled turnip ribbons, pomme aligot, potato crisp and red ale and whisky sauce (veggie option available)
