Your ticket grants you entry to the zoo and Winter Village. Please arrive between 10am - 2.30pm.

Includes a 30 minute skating session. Slots are available at 10.30am, 11.15am, 12noon, 12.45pm, 1.30pm, 2.15pm and 3pm. You will receive a token upon entry to redeem at any of these time slots; pre-booking is not required. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult on the rink.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Adults are classed as 16yrs+ and children are classed as 3-15yrs. Under 3s go free, please note that skating & hot drink are not included.

Child tickets: Include a hot chocolate.

Adult tickets: Include a mulled wine. Alcohol can be replaced with a hot chocolate.

Wheelchair access available. 

Please note the Rockhopper Rink is an environmentally friendly, synthetic, iceless rink.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-transferable and non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
