Small print

• Halloween II (18) Fri 31st Oct @ 10pm; gates open at 9pm.
• Voucher is valid for one vehicle, driver and up to 4 passengers. 
• Strict age restrictions apply - you must be 18 yrs old plus to view Halloween II. ID may be required. 
• Full map and details will be emailed after purchasing.
• You must have a working FM radio (in-car or handheld) to hear the movie.  Details of frequency will be provided on arrival.
• Gates will open at 8.45pm.  You must arrive 30 mins prior to the screening.
• Latecomers will not be admitted.
• Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
• Food from Street Food Cartel will be available to purchase.
• We ask that you do not overload your car for viewing purposes. You must comply with the Road Traffic Act 1988. ensuring every passenger has a seat belt.
• Strictly no alcohol permitted.
• 4 x 4's and people carriers permitted and will be accommodated in a designated area.
• No vans, coaches or commercial vehicles permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Toilet facilities available.
• Please ensure you have enough warm clothing and outdoor shoes.
• Engines and lights must be switched off during the performance apart from when you are charging your battery (if required).
• For the enjoyment of all patrons you must remain in your car during the screening.
• Should for any reason you need to leave the screening you will be provided with a contact telephone number to call for assistance.
• Please note that adverse weather will not affect screenings (you'll be inside your cars!) however extreme conditions may.  For updates please check Facebook & Twitter 
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
• All vehicles must comply with the road traffic act 1988.
• Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners. Itison.com & In Good Company Events Ltd do not accept any liability or be held responsible for any loss, damage to your property or for any collisions that may occur causing injury.
• £5 of the ticket price is allocated towards the actual cinema ticket relating to this performance.
