Small print

• itison tickets can be exchanged at the ticket collection point located within the Lowport Primary School grounds from 9am on the day of the event, NOT at the main entrance to the event site. 
• Gates open at 1pm each day, first acts will be on stage at around 2pm. 
• Under 3s go free of charge, ages 3-12 years old are £20 (tickets can be purchased from Party at the Palace wesbite) under 16s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. 
• Party at the Palace operates a strict Challenge 25 policy for the sale of alcohol. Please bring valid ID with you on the day. Anyone found to be drinking alcohol under the age of 18 will be ejected from the event. 
• Event security personnel will conduct security searches on arrival, 
• Members cannot bring food/drink into the arena. 
• Special effects inclusive of, but not limited to, strobe lighting, smoke, laser & pyrotechnics. Exposure to amplified sound may also damage hearing. 
• Wheelchair accessible via the Chapel Lane entrance. Wheelchair viewing platform is sold out. 
• Members should ensure all essential items are brought with you before entering ticket check areas. No readmission permitted.
