Hello, it’s mentioned in the small print that only 1 voucher is permitted per table. To clarify, does this mean only 1 person permitted or can 2 people use a voucher for 2 people. Thank you

I'm happy to confirm a maximum of one voucher can be used per table, however, this voucher includes an afternoon tea for two people.

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Aug 2022 until Mon 31 Oct 2022, 7 days 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Oct 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 1 voucher per table. 

Set afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
