Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jan 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Max of 2 vouchers per booking. It may not be possible to receive treatments at the same time; times will be allocated together as close as possible.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes a 55 minute Elemis body nectar nourishing wrap. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes access to the leisure facilities , robe and slipper hire and a glass of Prosecco. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
