the small print says not available 8th feb but I rang the hotel to check availability and they accepted my booking for the 8th and confirmed it in writing . do you accept this ? can I go ahead and purchase the voucher ?

I can confirm it's online bookings only for this voucher and you should be able to complete your booking by following the link on your voucher.

The 8th of February is an excluded date with this deal and it would be at the discretion of The Pompadour to accept an itison booking on this date. You are welcome to discuss this with them directly and they'll be able to advise further.

Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, Wed – Fri and Sun 6pm – 7pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and 22 Dec 2018 - 17 Jan 2019, 1, 8, 14, 15 Feb 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!) 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 3 vouchers per table.

5 course discovery menu only. Menu subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes 5 Sommelier selected wines to match each course; selected wines are subject to change.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted, must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
