Vouchers cannot be cancelled once booked with hotel.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £100 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Option 2 includes cream tea with a pot of tea or filter coffee served in Dunes Club House between 11am – 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Please note The Retreat Beauty Rooms will open early February (date tbc) and golf course is closed until 1 Apr 2019. Outdoor hot tub and onsite clay shooting school open as usual; please discuss directly with the hotel.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
