Small print

• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Mar 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).  
• Vouchers cannot be cancelled once booked with hotel.
• Please note a valid credit card will be required when booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Superior queen double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £100 per night; payable directly to hotel.
• Option 2 includes cream tea with a pot of tea or filter coffee served in Dunes Club House between 11am – 4pm. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Please note The Retreat Beauty Rooms will open early February (date tbc) and golf course is closed until 1 Apr 2019. Outdoor hot tub and onsite clay shooting school open as usual; please discuss directly with the hotel.
• No children permitted.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
