If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

It states maximum 4 per table and from 2 households. I have a group of 4 adults and 2 children (14&11) from 2 households - would this be possible??

I was thinking of buying this for my son and fiancee for Xmas but because the situation with Covid restrictions is being changed almost daily, if the worst should happen and they can't use the voucher due to regional lockdowns in the New Year what is the policy regarding voucher usage?

What to expect

  • Afternoon tea for two with an optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 31 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 people per table. Must be from a maximum of 2 households only.

Afternoon tea only from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
