Please note a room upgrade to a deluxe room (supplementary charge of £20 per room per night) or garden room (supplementary charge of £30 per room per night) is required to accommodate children; payable directly to hotel. The deluxe room can accommodate 1 child, the deluxe garden room can accommodate up to 2 children.

Seems absurd that it is £99 for 2 adults for 2 nights with breakfast and to bring one dog for the same period with apparently no bed or breakfast provision there is an additional cost of £90. Is this correct?

I can confirm pets are permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per night for one pet and £25 per night for two pets. Rooms must also be upgraded to a deluxe garden room to accommodate pets for a supplementary charge of £30 per night; payable directly to the hotel.

I'm sorry if this means this deal isn't suitable, but we've some great deals in the pipeline so hopefully, something more suitable will pop up soon.

Why is this offer back on Itison? My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and we were so disappointed with the rooms and the managers. I wrote on the website and I also copied Itison regarding the problems my wife and I encountered.
Looking at the website, nothing seems to have changed, there are still very bad reviews on Tripadvisor.
Does Itison want to be associated with this hotel and management?
A recent review from a party from New Zealand said it was worse than Faulty Towers!

2 or 3 night stay for two with breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Oct 2018 until Sun 23 Dec 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 30 Nov 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Double or twin classic rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: deluxe room £20 or deluxe garden room £30; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability.

Free onsite parking.

Children up to 12 yrs are permitted.
