I'm afraid I'm not 100% on the airline, this will be confirmed by the deal provider when you book, but you'll be flying to Brussels Airport.

What to expect

Return trip for ONE to the Belgian Grand Prix 

Flights from Edinburgh departing on Sat 31 Aug 2019 and returning Mon 2 Sept 2019.

Includes a 2 night stay in Brussels (choice of 3 hotels)

1 bronze general admission race day ticket on Sun 1 Sept 2019.

Return transfers from Brussels to Spa-Francorchamps circuit

Based on 2 sharing a twin/double standard room - single rooms available on request for a supplement cost

Voucher is valid on Sat 31 Aug 2019 only; subject to availability.

Race takes place on Sun 1 Sept 2019, 2pm – 4pm.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Suitable for all ages; under 16s need to be accompanied by an adult.

Price is based on 2 sharing a twin/double room for 2 nights.

Choose from the following hotels, subject to availability: Best Western City Centre, First Euroflat, Gresham Belson Hotel.

Single rooms available on request for a supplement; please contact World Choice Sports in advance of purchase to obtain correct price which will be dependant on your choice of hotel. Please discuss with World Choice Sports at time of booking.

1 bronze general admission race day ticket included: viewing banks are located throughout the circuit. Upgrades to Gold and Silver packages available; please discuss with World Choice Sports at time of booking.

Return circuit transfer included on Sun 1 Sept 2019, members will make own way to Brussels Midi Station for 6.45am departure to Spa-Francorchamps GP circuit. Coaches return from the circuit at approx. 4.30pm.

Please check in 2 hrs prior to departure time.

Meeting point: Edinburgh Airport – you will be sent, by recorded delivery, a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point 4 weeks prior to event.

Choice of flight times are available; subject to availability at time of booking.

Hand luggage weighing 12kg only; extra luggage can be taken for an additional cost, discuss with World Choice Sports.

Seats can be booked in groups if flying with friends; please discuss with World Choice Sports at time of booking.

Airport transfers to/from chosen hotel are not included.

Please discuss all medical conditions with World Choice Sports prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.

No wheelchair access.

You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of flights not departing due to weather etc. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
