Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact VENUE_NAME directly ON_PHONE to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Hi, I booked and paid for 2 x afternoon teas at the Braid Hills hotel, at about 3.25 am this morning. They were a gift and both were for Judith and Garrie and family, from mam and Gregor. I didn't print them right away, but have waited for the vouchers coming on to my e mail, but this not happened. Please can you have the vouchers e mailed as they are for Christmas.

Thanks for getting in touch – I’m sorry you can't find your vouchers.

Not to worry - I’ve re-sent them to you by email, and they should be with you in a couple of minutes. If they don’t come through, I’d suggest checking your junk or spam folder in case they've been filtered there.

Please clarify for how long the voucher is valid.
7 days? or from 1 Dec 2019 until 31 March 2020?
If I buy one today, can I use it anytime (apart from 22 March) up until 31 March 2020 subject to availability.

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Dec 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2019, 1 Jan and 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 6 people per table. 

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes 125ml glass of fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back by 5pm.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
