Hi, I would like to know why Brewhemia have asked for card details in order to book when a voucher will of course be paid for? This seems unfair to people who don’t have a credit card and don’t feel safe giving debit card details.

I can confirm card details are required for booking but will not be charged. If you'd like to discuss this further you're welcome to contact Brewhemia directly.

Hi Courtney, thanks for your reply. I did read the part that stated ‘card details are required for booking but won’t be charged’. I was just simply wanting to understand why they would ask for such details when they don’t need them in the first place.

What to expect

Voucher is valid until Thur 26 Nov 2020, valid 7 days 11am – 1pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Nov Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online booking only; bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Card details will be required for booking but will not be charged. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Brunch menu only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise at time of booking.

Includes a tea/coffee and a glass of orange juice each.

Option 2: Includes Bloody Mary cocktail each.

Option 3: Includes Bloody Mary cocktail each and a bottle of Prosecco to share.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1.5 hours.

Wheelchair access available; please advise at time of booking.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
