Fernie Castle have several ground floor rooms they'd be happy to accept your voucher for - please note these rooms have 4 steps to access and are not Monarch Suites.

The Castle has also confirmed the dining area is on the ground floor with level access.

You'll need your unique voucher code to secure a booking but you're welcome to discuss your booking request with them prior to purchase.

Otherwise, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase if you're unable to secure the booking of your choice.

All booking instructions will be on your voucher after purchase.

Please don't worry! Once you're signed into your itison account just click Buy Now on the deal you're interested in to purchase the voucher.

A copy of the voucher will be sent to your registered email address after purchase and you'll be able to view & print the voucher straight away from your itison account.

Hi, been trying to call the castle to make my booking. Keep leaving messages as they've instructed but they haven't called back. Tried to e-mail them but there's a problem with the system and it won't send. How do I get my money back for voucher? If I can't get booked, I'd like a refund please. Thanks

Overnight stay for two in a Monarch suite with four-course dinner, breakfast plus a bottle of Prosecco and handmade chocolates on arrival

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jul 2017 until Sat 30 Sept 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 7, 15, 25 Jul and 2, 15 Sept 2017.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 4 Sept 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per member.
