How do you work out it is 50% off? Afternoon tea for two is £79 which would make access to the pool for 4 hours £60 per person... can that be right??

This deal is for 1 person and includes:
- Spa access, usually £60.00 per person.
- Afternoon tea, usually £39.50 per person.

This gives a top price of £99.50 and as our vouchers are £50.00, the saving is 50%.

What to expect

  • 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage and a 30 min facial for one with £25 dining credit and spa access

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Feb 2023 until Thu 27 Apr 2023; subject to availability.

Food is served 12noon - 5:30pm.

Spa access is available 9am - 4pm.

Excludes Fri - Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16's only.

Includes a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage and a 30 minute facial. Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 

Includes use of spa facilities for up to 4 hours and a 10% discount on treatments, request when booking.

Includes £25 dining credit to use towards afternoon tea or lunch from the main menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
