How do you book? Been on their site and could only see afternoon tea for Cardiff.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking over the phone after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two with optional glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid until Sat 31 Aug 2019, Fri – Sun 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon – Thur. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 26 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 2 Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
