Wis this voucher available to use on a Saturday, information given says between 12 noon and 12.30pm which is a half an hour slot. Would you be able to clarify this please? Also, once the voucher is purchased how do we book a table?

I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used to make a booking on Saturdays at any time between 12noon and 12:30pm - you're welcome to contact the venue directly to discuss the duration of your visit.

You'll be able to make a booking online as soon as you have bought a voucher. If you can't get your preferred date or time just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.

I can confirm you can book an arrival time between 12pm - 12.30pm on Saturdays. Although the arrival times are between 12pm - 12:30pm (30 minutes), you'll still have your regular time seated at your table to enjoy your meal.

Why are your vouchers out of date. The offers I've looked at are for 2022
I would like to think when I see an offer it would be good if they were in date. I was looking for at least two vouchers possibly three. I do like the restaurant and enjoyed all the food and deal on offer.

Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Jan 2022 until Sat 30 Apr 2022, Sun - Thu 12noon - 9pm, Fri 12noon - 4.45pm and Sat 12noon - 12.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 14 Feb, 27 Mar and 17 Apr 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 25 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max 3 vouchers / 6 people per table.

Table may be required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.

Set menu only; subject to change.

A supplementary charge of £3 is required for a selection of continental cheeses; payable direct.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Includes a choice of cocktail each from Peach Iced Tea, Raspberry Mule and Peely Wally Weegie; subject to change. Alcohol can be substituted for a draught soft drink.

Children permitted and must be accompanied by adults at all times.

Wheelchair access available. Please note there are no accessible facilities.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
