Minimum age of lead passenger must be over 18. Children permitted but all ticket prices are the same.

You will be sent a pack and tickets instructing on the exact meeting point by recorded delivery, 4 weeks prior to event.

All flights will include 1 x check-in baggage: L + W + H max. 158 cm (62 inch) and in total max. 20 kg plus hand luggage.

You must have a full up-to-date and valid passport and your own travel insurance to cover you in the event of flights not departing due to weather etc.

You can select seats together if flying with friends – arrange with World Choice Sports.

Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.

Please note that Worldchoice Sports cannot indicate exact locations of seats until tickets are received. Groups of up to six people will always be seated together but larger groups may be split. Nobody will be seated alone unless it is a single person booking.
