Hi there I bought a voucher for jury’s inn in Glasgow yesterday as my partner and I were going to a concert in Glasgow on the 22nd of August but unfortunately there’s no availability at the hotel for that night, we have another event in Glasgow on the 29th August but that night isn’t available either. Can we request a refund under the circumstances please. Please let me know if you need any further info.

I called Jurys Inn about a two night stay. I called Jurys inn re availability and cost for a Thurs+Friday. No problem with availability. I mentioned the voucher and they said there was no availabilty for the Friday! I said excuse me you just said there WAS availability. He siad there were only a certain amount of rooms at the Itison voucher price. Total rubbish and a "click bait" ploy. I am requesting a refund and I will go somewhere else.
