Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.
I’ve had a look and I’m afraid your order didn’t complete because your bank declined the payment. I’d recommend contacting them directly to find out why, and they’ll hopefully be able to explain.
You’re welcome to try again once you've spoken to your bank. You’ll know straight away if the transaction goes through, as you’ll see a page confirming your order has been successful.

Do I need to declare I'm using vouchers when I book? Have had 2nd class treatment at other restaurants doing that before.

I'm really sorry you've experienced disappointing service when using vouchers before, but you do need to share your itison voucher code when you make a booking with Le Bistrot.
