I can confirm both options offer complimentary access to the leisure facilities between the hours of 7am-9am and 7pm-9pm. If you'd like to go out with these hours, there's a supplementary charge of £10; payable directly to the hotel.

Dose this mean for the duration of the deal their is only 6 Monday’s and 12 Wednesdays Available

Is there a swimming pool and is there restrictions on the time you use that and the gym?

Lochside House Hotel and Spa have confirmed there is a Vitality pool, but there is no gym.

Access to the Vitality pool is complimentary between 7 - 9am and 7 - 9pm.

Hello,

If you choose the over night stay, spa and lunch deal, do you have to have the spa and lunch in the arrival day or can you stay overnight and have spa and lunch on your departure day??

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a 2 course dinner and full Scottish breakfast

OR

Overnight stay for two with a 40 min spa treatment each, 2 course spa lunch, 1 hour access to the thermal experience and full Scottish breakfast

Choice of treatment:
- Facial
- Oriental scalp, neck & shoulder massage
- Hand
- Foot

Voucher is valid from Wed 3 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, Mon - Wed only; subject to availability.

Excludes Thursdays - Sundays and 16, 22, 29 Jul, 5, 26 Aug and 23 Sept 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Executive or classic double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a garden suite for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1 includes a 2 course dinner; see sample menu; subject to change.

A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: pan seared scallops starter - £2, 8oz sirloin - £5, 8oz fillet - £7.50; payable directly to restaurant.

Option 2 includes a 2 course spa lunch; menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available; please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options available.

Table required back after 2 hours.

Option 2 includes 1 hour access to the thermal spa experience and your choice of one 40 min treatment each choosing from facial, oriental scalp, neck & shoulder massage, hand or foot.

Over 16's only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss at time of booking.

Please advise spa of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment at time of booking.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.  

Treatment can be upgraded to 55 mins for a supplementary charge of £15 per person; payable directly to the spa.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if an adapted room is required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
