Hi, is there any additional deal when booking for a family with more than 2 children and therefore need a second bedroom? Fairmont directly has a family offer where you book 1 room full-price and the 2nd (adjoining) room is 50% off so would be great to know if this will apply with this voucher and how it should be booked if so.

I'm afraid this deal is for two people only, and permits a maximum of 2 children per room. There are no additional deals for larger families, and I'm afraid vouchers are not valid with any other offers.

If it’s £199 for b&b how come it’s £299 with a £50 f&D voucher . That’s not a deal . Should be be £199 b&b and £239 with a £50 F&d voucher

Seems better value just to do B&b . Am I correct

I can confirm the voucher option priced at £199 was only valid until the 23rd of December, and the voucher priced at £299 is then valid until the 31st of March.

Hi, option 1 has to be booked by 23 Dec, but option 2 has until March 23.
Is this correct?

I can confirm both voucher options have different validity dates with purchase option 1 expiring 23rd December and purchase option 2 expiring 31st March.

We can only go on Friday 10th and Sat 11th February 2023 and the hotel can't tell me the itison availability for those dates.

  • Overnight for two with an optional £50 food & drink allowance, leisure access, breakfast & late check-out

Option 1 (BB): Voucher is valid until Fri 23 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 9 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Option 2 (DBB): Voucher is valid until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability. 

Excludes 24-31 Dec 2022, 1, 31 Jan, 1-2 Feb & 25 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 28 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

All stays: A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays & £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, late check-out 1pm.

Stay in Fairmont view king or twin.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes leisure access.

Option 2: Includes £50 food and beverage allowance to use towards any food or drink menu. Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; up to 5yrs go free, 6 – 18yrs require a supplementary charge of £40 per night including breakfast or a £10 supplementary charge when staying in a double double room with no extra beds.

Pets permitted, £50 per night; please discuss directly.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
