Just tried to call hotel to see if they had availability on a certain date before booking. I was passed from pillar to post without even being told. I was ignored. I was told by Ray that they can't tell me availability. He gave me a web address but it didn't work. He then gave it to me again but it didn't work. He then put the phone down, then passed me to someone else. Gave me the address again and low and behold it still didn't work.
ITISON - Can you confirm availability on the 04 and 05 June? Not too sure I even want to go now after that needless disaster!

I was told i could get availability on itison website at time of purchasing the voucher but this is obviously not the case. Tried to phone hotel more than 10 times on this number 01680 812544 and there was no answer , what a customer service? Itison can't expect us to buy a deal when customer service is rubbish. Not impressed, really wanted to spend a good time out there.
