Just tried to call hotel to see if they had availability on a certain date before booking. I was passed from pillar to post without even being told. I was ignored. I was told by Ray that they can't tell me availability. He gave me a web address but it didn't work. He then gave it to me again but it didn't work. He then put the phone down, then passed me to someone else. Gave me the address again and low and behold it still didn't work.

ITISON - Can you confirm availability on the 04 and 05 June? Not too sure I even want to go now after that needless disaster!

I was told i could get availability on itison website at time of purchasing the voucher but this is obviously not the case. Tried to phone hotel more than 10 times on this number 01680 812544 and there was no answer , what a customer service? Itison can't expect us to buy a deal when customer service is rubbish. Not impressed, really wanted to spend a good time out there.

A two night stay for two at Crerar's Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa including: 

- Breakfast both mornings
- Full access to leisure facilities plus use of robes & slippers
- One 30 min treatment each choosing from Lime & Ginger Salt Glow Body Scrub, Mini Facial or Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
- A £20 per person spend in the Bar Muileach to be spent on food & drink during the stay
- Two return passenger ferry tickets from Oban 

Voucher is valid from 1st June until 11th July 2014, 7 days; subject to availability.

Stay must be booked by 15th June 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 

Voucher not valid on 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 19th & 22nd-25th June 2014.

Availability can be checked via the online booking link on your voucher after purchase. 

One voucher can be redeemed per couple; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.

Pets permitted; £10 per dog, per night. Max of 2 pets. 

Sorry, children are not permitted. 

Check in 3pm, check out 11am. 

Free parking available. 

Standard double or twin room available. Sorry, no upgrades are available.

£20 voucher for Bar Muileach must be used in one sitting, change will not be given.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive night stays, however, stays can be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa at time of booking.

Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.

Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
