There doesn't seem to be any restrictions listed for Saturday 29th July and the Mercure Ayr do have availability on this date however they advised me that they would not accept a voucher on this date (single night stay only) Is this right? Thankyou, Arlene

I'm trying to buy a hotel deal at Ayr mercure, on the site it says £25 supplement per night for privege room, when phoning the hotel receptionist insists its £35 per night.

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Jul 2017 until Sat 30 Sept 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 31 Aug 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Please note that calls to the booking line cost 13p per minute, plus your phone company's access charge – mobile costs will be higher than that of a landline.

Non-exchangeable or refundable once booked with the hotel.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 3pm.
