Hi, just bought this thinking it was for cafe India in Glasgow, is a refund of the voucher possible?

Does end time of 5pm mean that I can book for 4.45pm / 5pm or we need to have finished meal and be ready to leave by 5pm

The times stated on this voucher, from Mon - Fri 12noon - 5pm and Sat - Sun 3pm- 5pm refer to the time you must make your booking.
This means you could book your table for 4:45pm or 5pm (subject to availability) and the table will be required back after 1.5 hours.
