• Voucher is valid until Tue 30 Nov 2021, Mon - Fri 12noon - 8pm, Sat 11am - 8pm and Sun 11am - 6pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple purchases permitted; max of 3 per person.
• Duration approx. 1 hr.
• Max of 40 people per session.
• Suitable for ages 5+.
• Comfortable clothing is recommended and socks must be worn.
• Suitable for beginners.
• Members will be required to sign a disclaimer on arrival.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
