Members must have a basic fitness level and in good health with the ability to jog for over 5 minutes; options will be given for exercises during the session.

Physical Activity Readiness questionnaire must be completed upon arrival, prior to taking part.

Recommended clothing: training shoes, comfortable workout clothing that you don’t mind getting grubby; you may want to wear gloves.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
