• Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2023; Mon - Fri 1pm - 5pm; subject to availability.
• Please note there is limited availability on Fridays. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 4 vouchers / 8 people per table; table required back after 2 hours. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. 
• Children permitted and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
