Hi I just wanted to double check the validity period for this voucher as it seems very far in advance. Only valid from Jan 2019 - March 2019? Is this correct?

I can confirm these dates are correct. At this time of year, we start to offer vouchers which are valid from January onward as we know a lot of people like to give them as gifts.

Asking the same question about dates as it says tuesday 3rd Jan ... this can’t be right... 3rd is a Thursday and the Tuesday is the 1st so it’d be helpful if the validity could be updated with the correct info.

Voucher is valid from Thur 3 Jan 2019 until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days, 10.30am – 4.30pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking is not required.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Voucher is valid for one day only.

Single tickets can be used for adults or children aged 3+. 

Family ticket is for 2 adults and up to 3 kids.

Children are classed as ages 3-16 yrs; under 3's go free.

Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult 18 yrs or over.

Most of the park is outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather.

Wheelchair access available.

No dogs permitted.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
