I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted and a max of 4 people per table. The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date and you are welcome to contact Umai Sushi and Ramen Kitchen directly on 0131 225 6066 to discuss the possibility of using multiple vouchers in one sitting.

Hi there! Can I ask if this voucher is only for take-away? I booked a table but if the voucher is not valid for sitting in then I won’t buy it. We are visiting Edinburgh today and I cannot call the restaurant to confirm anything. My table is booked for 12:30 noon today. Would love some information and confirmation please. Thank-you!

The voucher will be emailed to you directly, and you can also view your voucher by heading to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders after placing your order.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device, and don't need to print it to take to the venue.

After looking at other customers questions and answers I noticed that some answers say for dining in only. It states quite clearly on your page that takeaway available for pick up only as well as dining in

Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Sep 2021, Wed - Sun 12noon - 9pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Mon - Tue.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.

Valid on food and drink from the main food menu and drinks menu; subject to change.

Voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.

Voucher can be used for takeaway with collection only. Delivery is not available.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
