I can confirm there is a maximum of 4 people per table but multiple voucher purchases are permitted. To discuss if multiple vouchers can be used at the same table, please call Umai Sushi and Ramen Kitchen directly on 0131 225 6066.

However, please keep in mind voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.

Hi I have this voucher and it expires today 30/92021. I have been in touch with the restaurant as I have a booking for 01/10/21. They said I cannot use it although they have extended the offer. I will purchase another but wonder if I could have a credit rather than loose out completely. Thank so much

Hi it says this deal isn’t available on Monday and Tuesday nights - but then explicitly mentions Christmas Day and eve bank holidays on Monday and Tuesday and says offer also not available then. Can you confirm the offer is not valid on Monday and Tuesday normally ?

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund. However, we're unable to refund a voucher after the 14 day period.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, Mon - Thu & Sun 12noon-9pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 26 Nov and 24 - 25 Dec 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 10 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.

Valid on food and drinks from the main menu; subject to change.

Voucher cannot be used towards any offers or set menus e.g. festive menus.

Voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.

Voucher can be used for takeaway with collection only. Delivery is not available.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
