Is this correct for a virtual interactive tour?
JACQUELYN, 11:59, 17/04/20
Hi Jacquelyn,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I'm sorry for any confusion here, but I can confirm you'll be able to access the virtual tour by redeeming your voucher code online, and it doesn't have to be printed.
I hope this helps!

Hi. This sounds really interesting but just wondering how this actually works?.... is it just like a walking tour with the guide walking around the sites and interacting with the people on the tour (but showing it all on screen?)... or is it just a tour guide sitting in a room telling stories of the sites?
Also - do you just buy 1 ticket for multiple participants watching round one screen? And do we need to have a cam at our end?

Is it possible to buy 3 vouchers and have people in 3 different locations do the tour at the same time? We thought it would be fun for family in the US and elsewhere in Scotland to do this at the same time as us.
Kirsteen, 19:07, 22/04/20
Hi Kirsteen,
Thanks for getting in touch!
I'm happy to let you know multiple purchases and participants are permitted. One device can participate per voucher.
The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
I hope this helps!
