Can you tell me what a Band C ticket means?

As Band C seats are available in various sections of the theatre and issued on a first come, first served basis, I'm afraid I can't say in advance exactly which section you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you exchange.

As you exchange your tickets on the day of the performance, we can't guarantee seating together but it isn't usually a problem.

do I have to pick the ticket up on the day or can I get it the previous day

I can confirm advance ticket collection is required. itison tickets must be exchanged at the venue box office from 12noon on the day of the performance, and can't be exchanged before then.
