Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 21 Aug 2023 until Thu 23 Nov 2023, Sun - Thu, 12noon - 4pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Fri-Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. Bookings must be made 48 hours in advance.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.
• Dining dome hire option available for a supplementary payment; please discuss with venue directly.
• Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• No gluten free, egg free, dairy free or vegan options are available.
• Includes 175ml glass of Prosecco or a G&T each.  Alcohol can be replaced with alcohol free option or a soft drink. 
• Table required back after 90 mins.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Dogs permitted. Please discuss with venue directly.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
