- Head chef Jason Gallagher has held 2 AA Rosettes for 15 years and received a gold award from the inaugural Edinburgh Restaurateurs’ Association awards, presented to him by the Lord Provost
- He’s studied in Spain and Bermuda, and worked in top restaurants like the Bonham and Martin’s
