• Sun - Thu stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun - Thu only.
• Excludes Fri - Sat and 26, 30 Dec 2021, 20-24, 27 Feb 2022.
• Fri - Sat stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 5 Nov 2021 until Sat 26 Mar 2022, Fri - Sat only.
• Excludes Sun - Thu and 24-25, 31 Dec 2021, 1, 15 Jan, 12, 25-26 Feb 2022.
• General: Bookings are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 5 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double/twin standard or valley view room available.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Includes a 3 course dinner each night. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Max of 5 vouchers per table.
• Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be substituted for a soft drink.

• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
